The
must have four mains of choice are braised turkey shank served with garlic mash
and roasted winter vegetables, blackcod served with mushroom ragout and lemon
butter herb, cajun ribeye served with Au Gratin and roasted winter vegetables
and roasted leg of lamb served with mushroom ragout and mint yogurt sauce.
