Continuing my posts on Chiang Mai, This is the last episode to the trilogy. Remember what i said about overpriced tours? well this ain't any cheaper but well it was RM50 to visit the tribes and RM50 and above to get up close with the tigers. But well, its a new experience for me as I've never seen both of em and the money we pay for this visit are used for their well beings.
the village of tribes consists of a few tribes, but of course, the most well known tribe would be the long neck tribe which has women coiling metal rings around their necks to make their necks longer which is considered a beauty factor in the tribe. The longer the neck, the more beautiful you are. the process starts at a very young age such as 5 and the girls will add on more coils as they grow.

After visiting the tribes, We headed off to the Tiger Kingdom where its home to a large number of majestic creatures! There were Adult tigers, Teenagers & baby tigers where we had to choose the size we wanted to meet. The fee you pay is for 15 minutes in the tiger cage with the tigers and basically, you'll just snap as many shots as you can!
the prices for seeing the tigers
The new born tigers, 4 days old!

If you really enjoy wildlife, I would totally suggest you to go Chiang Mai. But well, just make sure you've got enough cash to get around the parks!
