The last pastry class of the term
man this is so sad cos i really do enjoy baking
but after my term break i can finally enjoy baking again =D haha
today i had my final assessment for pastry class
so we did short crust pastry
1st and foremost..

anyways continuing with the pastry
short crust pastry is something like this:
dough with apples
pour in the custard
leave it in the refrigerator for 6 minutes
and set it of to bake
the ending product
its yummylicious =D
