Hundreds of surfers flooded Batu Burok Beach in Terengganu with one goal in mind, To win the Rip Curl Pro Competition! And the best part yet, there were plenty of international surfers which came down for it!
Getting to head to The competition with some other bloggers managed to open my eyes to the surfing world, which is great as everyone is so chilled and friendly. Its just so easy to communicate and make friends there!
The Competition lasted for 3 days where it was divided into different categories. such as the Short Board, Long Board & Body Board.

One of the highlights of the Rip Curl Pro Terengganu is the Board Shaping Demonstration & Surf Board Artist. At the demonstration, We witness how a board is made out from scratch, a tough process, but the greatest boards are made!
And as for the Surf Board Artist, Laura Pabst from Germany came over to design and paint surf boards over there! her designs are awesome and really catches the eyes. Do check her out at www.hello-iam-laura.com

Other than that, there was also the brand, Carver which brought its boards to play. With its tagline "surf your skate" Surfers were able to try out their skills on land!
heading to the main event, there were plenty of heats (rounds) that took place where contestants battled it out on the waves, showing their skills to get the top scores! It was an intense competition as everyone...of course wanted to be the champion of the Rip Curl Pro Competition!
