Ante Kitchen & Bar Food Review!

Just earlier this week, I was able to attend a food review at Ante Kitchen & Bar, Solaris Dutamas. This restaurant is STRICTLY NON HALAL..as its main dishes consist of PORK PORK AND MORE PORK! *its heaven to me* Ante also serves up a modest variety of mocktails, cocktails, draught beer, a small selection of bottled beers and an exclusive list of boutique wines.

Being with a bunch of bloggers invited by Mei Sze, we met the restaurant owner Jason where he introduce his world of Pork to us! The interior of the restaurant is really cozy and homey where I would say it'll be a great place to chill out or to bring your family and friends

Bringing a variety of dishes, we were able to taste the goodness of em, and definitely, i would give the restaurant a 4.5/5 on its food.

other than that, To all my readers, There's a treat for you! With the mention of reading this post (state my blog www.seraphsam.com) on the review, you will get either a free cocktail or a glass of house red/white wine from our menu with every RM100 purchase on their bill from Monday to Thursdays (excluding public holidays).

Also on Mondays to Thursdays, no corkage fees would be charged if you Bring-Your-Own red and/or white wines. If alcoholic drinks are not your cup of tea but do not want to miss out on the Monday to Thursday specials, just speak to one of the front house managers. They would be more than happy to accommodate any special requests if it is within their capacity.

The Monday to Thursday specials will only last until January 31^st 2013.

As for starters, we had some soups & salads

Mushroom soup (RM12) - Really creamy, i would say it has a great value for money. it ain't your typical useless ****bells soup...

Tomasco soup (RM12) - One of the restaurant's speciality, a must try!

Crispy Pork Throtter Salad (RM21) - another must try! the crispiness blends well with the salad

Smoked Duck Salad (RM23) - a great combination of flavours

Going to the main courses:

Chargrilled Pork Steak (RM33) - Juicy and satisfying

The Real Bacon Carbonara (RM26) - Very rich in flavor. a must have for Carbonara lovers

Seafood Marinara RM38 - Flavourful. but still i'll say its too small a serving for me (yes i eat that much)

Hogger Pork Ribs RM75 - One of the restaurants specialties. It's nicely done as the meat is tender. Would be better if the meat just falls off the bones haha
