France: Domaine Du Moulin Vineyard

During my French trip, I was also able to visit one of the local family owned vineyards in the region. Its a small vineyard & winery but well, it has everything that I have studied for the last 4 years. From the pressers to the tanks & barrels, well basically we got to see how wine was produced in our own eyes. and not just the text books

The sad part of it was, since it was winter, the vines were all under pruning, so there wasn't much to see at the fields but just grape vines without leaves or grapes.

Other than that, We were explained about the processes done to create good wine & of course we were able to get a session of wine tasting after that!
